LSR have completed 5 projects for the City University London
School of Social Sciences - SASS Building: The strip out, reconfiguration and fit out of areas with Levels 0 and 2 in the SASS building to provide the new SASS baby clinic, psychology testing and sound laboratories as well as office space and a staff common room. 
School of Health Sciences - TAIT Building Levels 2 and 3: Major refurbishment and re-modelling to provide, new clinical and teaching facilities, pharmaceutical laboratories, research spaces and mock hospital wards. Careful coordination was required due to the requirements of the highly specialist equipment, in particular those used for Optometry and Radiography
Cass UG Business School - 3rd Floor Drysedale Building: Complete fit out and modernisation of the 3rd floor to cater for the expanding Cass Undergraduate Business School. The new layout incorporates cellular offices and meeting rooms, large student drop in study areas, collaboration zones and support spaces for staff and academics.
Careful programme consideration was taken working within a live academic environment to ensure minimal disruption to students and staff during the remodelling and phased implementation was used in the continuously occupied buildings. 
Existing redundant electrical services were isolated and removed, temporary diversions provided and existing supplies segregated and new distribution, power, lighting and intelligent control, security, life protection, data and audio visual systems were provided throughout.
